People posting with the intent to start trouble, or be shocking, or just get a reaction, any reaction.

The fake posts, i.e. they are going to re-issue Mandarin Spawn in different colors, then saying, made you look, or I wish. WTF,

I went to Spawn.com for information and commraderie, not for High School and bullshit.

I bought new shoes, what do you think? What the fuck? It isn't fashion.com.

I don't even know where to start on this one. EQ has heard me rant.

Same reasons pretty much. Britney got married, Justin got punched, my cat threw up, my grandma fell and hurt herself so instead of helping her, I'm gonna talk about it on the board, I hate McFarlane, I love ****, should I cut my hair, look at my stupid shoes, I love Lord of the Rings, I hate Lord of the Rings, I like showing pictures of my dorky ass trying to look cool with knives and guns, and you name it.

It's ridiculous. The camraderie is here now. The cool people are here now. This is where I am now as a result. This is how the board once was, and once everyone on the spawn board grows the hell up, or once they start MODERATING the OT posts and flame wars, maybe I'll go back.

I haven't left, left... I just stir up a bit more shit than I ever used to on the other board since most of the good peeps are over here.

While I haven't totally left the other board , I
mainly go there for info, and to see if there is anything of interest posted. Of late there isn't much to enjoy except Jon's updates and the news.
If things get better again I'll go back over and spend more time there, after all, it was my internet 'home' for a long time. Until then, I'm glad the cool people are here to enjoy time with. [img]cool.gif[/img]

I still check out the news and stuff, but I left because I finally got tired of scrolling thru an entire page without seeing anything that looked interesting to me. oh, and because of the constant bashing.... and whining.

I still check, and post over there. Granted not nearly as much as I used to, and I think if this board hadn't cropped up I would be doing the same.

There are sometimes some good threads, and some good info. But the people that I enjoyed talking with from there are over here as well, and there isn't the worry of a post going in the wrong direction when you leave for a while like it is over there.
